Mini-Bulk Tank Program
This program is a system of small to large storage tanks that NAPCO can provide and install at a customer’s water or wastewater plant for chemicals provided by NAPCO. NAPCO will set up a delivery process based on a route or call-in basis where NAPCO can routinely replenish NAPCO provided chemicals.
This Mini-Bulk Tank Program Features:

● Tanks can be manufactured to better assist injection at the customer’s system.
● Eliminates Drums

• Safety – No injuries or hassle of manually moving a 400 to 600lb drum

• Eliminates drum disposal fees

• Eliminates the build-up of empty drums at a facility

● Better Control of Chemical Feed

• Injection pump is mounted to the Mini-Bulk tank and does NOT need to be repositioned or moved when chemical gets low.

• Reduces the possibility of interrupting the pump settings.

● Eliminates Waste of Chemicalo

Saves the customer money by eliminating the “Heel” left in drums making the chemical more cost effective for the customer

● Saves the Operator time

Optional strapping tape that can be added to the tank saves the Operator time in measuring the amount of chemical left, which is more time consuming and troublesome with a 55 gal drum.

● Refill line

• NAPCO tanks are marked with a Refill indication line that assists the operator on when to order more chemical

• Deliveries are Metered

• NAPCO meters all chemical deliveries so the customer only pays for what is delivered.

Safety Training

● NAPCO can provide Safety Meetings that cover basic education concerning:

• Labeling

• Emergency Response

• Do’s and Don’ts on chemical clean-up

“Jar Test” Studies

● NAPCO can provide a “Jar Test” that will help determine types and usage of Polymer to increase effectiveness and “Floc” and help maximize the efficiency of the polymer used.

Operator Training Meetings

● NAPCO hosts a yearly meeting at our facility where Operators can receive training hours.

Assistance in Troubleshooting User Complaints
